CNC cutting & shaping

CNC nesting router with automatic tool change

Cuts every part from the full sheet with automatic tool change: exact sizes, radius corners, sink and hob cut-outs, fluted and Shaker routing, integrated handles.

Edge banding

Automatic edge bander

Applies PVC or ABS edging with glue, trimming and corner rounding for clean, durable edges in matching colours.

6-sided drilling

Six-sided CNC drilling machine

Drills face, back and all four edges in one pass: hinge cups, shelf-pin rows, connectors, dowels, handle holes and back-panel grooves.

Vacuum foil wrapping

Vacuum membrane press

Wraps routed MDF fronts in PVC foil under vacuum and heat — seamless super-matt or woodgrain finish, no edging line.

2026 colours & decors

Warm natural oaks, clay and cashmere neutrals, sage greens and super-matt darks lead 2026 kitchens and wardrobes. Pick a board, or wrap MDF fronts in foil for a seamless Shaker, fluted or handleless look.

  1. Enter your partsFinished sizes in mm, quantity, edges, drilling and CNC work — or import a CSV from SketchUp OpenCutList or a spreadsheet.
  2. See the layout instantlyThe planner nests your parts on full sheets, shows the number of boards, edging metres and an estimate.
  3. We check and confirmOur team checks every part, then confirms the final price and ready date by email. Nothing is charged online.
  4. Collect or get deliveryPanels are labelled part by part, ready to assemble.

  • On woodgrain boards the length follows the grain.
